A low-cost smart egg-incubator

Poultry is one of the most consumed agricultural produce in Ghana. Because this high demand, problem necessitates efforts to maximize yield poultry production country. Relying on natural means hatching eggs increase inefficient thus need for technologies that will aid maximizing yield. Artificial solving have brought about invention incubator. Although has helped large-scale incubation, incubators market are very expensive which makes Ghanaian farmers find it difficult purchase. This project investigates design and implementation an affordable, automated incubator local farmers. It aimed at designing a low-cost smart ensure maintenance optimum environmental conditions necessary eggs. These conditions: Ventilation, Temperature, Relative Humidity, regular positioning, turnings kept their optimal values efficiently hatchability rate. Temperature humidity sensors used read temperature inside respectively. sent microcontroller then coordinates other parts execute tasks. A mobile application integrated with communication important information farmer.
